Finally got my house back! A mate moved in back in April "for a couple of months whilst he bought a place". He did nothing about it for months, then put an offer in on a place I told him would be un-mortgageable about 8 weeks ago. I finally lost my rag and told him to sod off a couple of weeks ago and he's gone this afternoon. Happy bloody days.
