    today we achieved bugger all & it cost £120.00

    popped the driveshafts off Gusbus in readiness for the motor transplant to discover the gaitors we fitted a year or so ago had all perished.

    That's GSF for you :( some nice genuine VW ones from Heritage & we're a wad of notes lighter

    I helped a friend put three armoires together, they are not bloody armoires they are bloody wardrobes I kept telling her. Armoire must be french for awkward.

    It's supposed to be...but it came from a shed ,stored for years..:thinking:
    I have a guy who can rebuild it with a set of longer gears,
    He has the jigs and spare gears,
    it will be longer than a 6 rib..

    He advised me to get a 5rib..

    He maybe of use to you later...@Baysearcher

    we did consider cheap £5.50 ones but we don't want to remove them every year..fit and forget the genuine ones!
