    having a nice cold fizzy drink in the garden, while stocks last. carbon dioxide shortage is on its way which is curious as the atmosphere has an excess of that gas causing climate change. us humans are pretty useless really.

    Just got back from the docs
    It appears to be muscular and in spasm
    Codine and diazepam prescribed
    Neither of which I can drive whilst taking which is a bugger as I’m the only one who can drive and Mrs para needs to get to work and back.

    At least I have them for night time so I can get some sleep

    Hope yours feels better soon mate it’s no fun being injured.

    Finished camping in the Mendips and moving daughters flat contents in Bristol yesterday, emptied bus, fixed CV joint boots and loose tinware screws on a day off work. having a beer hiding under the washing line from the sun.
    Reading HG Wells' War of the Worlds and posting on TLB.

    Hope you recover soon @paradox @snotty and @Flakey :)

    I managed to ditch cellarleak job as it was prob caused by cast iron soil stack. I told customers too heavy for me but went to have a chat with the builder working at the next door house and he’s going to do it. Everyone is happy :)

    Finished my book in the garden now cooling down watching rubbish footy match on tv

    Thanks for that @Poptop2 I think you are right 95mm is less than 4 inches and clearly too short! I did look it up and noticed they also do a slightly longer one for 68-71, I dont know why an early needs a longer one? (my bus is late 71 crossover). I did check against a different supplier and they gave different measurements! The only way to be at all certain will be to get under the bus and check (something to do tomorrow).
