Westfalia interior help

Discussion in 'Camper Conversions' started by karlrennison, Sep 22, 2011.

  1. I'm hoping someone with westfalia interior knowledge can help me out a bit here. iv got a few bits of a 'continental' interior that I'm lookin to sell, including wardrobe, sink unit cupboard and sink, full bed base, a small front panel that I believe fits between the wardrobe and bed base as part of a buddy seat, and 2x fold out pop top bunks in red checked material. My problem is that I have no idea how much these bits are worth. I was hoping that someone with the knowledge I'm looking for could pass on there email address so I could send through some pictures for you to help me value these parts, as I don't want to rip anyone off (including me).
Hope someone can help and hope I'm ok putting this in here mods.
    Cheers, Karl

  3. Stick them on eBay and they will find their own value without you feeling like a rip off merchant. I think you will be surprised how much they go for especially if the add is good with clear pics. End the add on a Sunday evening for better effect.

Its pretty subjective Karl , some people ask a fortune at shows and on ebay , if you ebay auction them you will find the price people are willing to pay , but if you want top notch then a buy it now for a month might be the way to go, in all honesty i think they are worth probably £500 + to the right person if not more , but in the present climate , who knows ???.

ps i have seen them at shows for £1500 + and individual cupboards at £200 +.

  14. Nice looking furniture, Pricing is difficult, so search through eBay to get an idea, or open them up for offers on here and earlybay.

  15. Just a thought, the westy handles go for around a tenner each on eBay !!!

Plus I know for a fact that a dealer is selling the four plastic clips that secure the mirror to the wardrobe door for £25 a PAIR!!
