Nothing special you would think. But this time i wasnt driving and got to ride in the back with the kids! Smiles for miles!>
I get scared when my Wife drives the bus! Fortunately Gerty is a LHD and Wifey is a bit too scared to ever want to, I feed the fear! lol
I've never had a ride in the back of Joycee. It might happen on Friday .My good lady may be driving us to Spring camp.( can we have 'bumpnudger 2'at the ready) I think I may have broken a bone in my foot, 5-a-side last night. Really don't want to go to A & E though. Its bad but I can't risk being in a cast, I have to work and drive,
Jenny has driven once - none of this gentle throttle, easy gear change stuff. Just got in and drove - I found it a bit of a challenge to sit there and say nothing :-X
Amys feet would not reach the pedals in my van due to the Saab seats, if they did i reckon i could convince her to drive, but i would worry about the crunching of the gears etc.
Mrs OP points Marge in the direction we want to be going. I try to keep any criticism in me until we have stopped however she has a tendency to ride the clutch, drive in the gutter (Marge is also a left hooker), grip the steering wheel too tight so the moment she tries to change gear she pulls towards the Kerb then overcompensates several times, she cannot find reverse and makes a bit of a drama out of it to the point where she gives up and stalls. We continue to try though
Oh I forgot the trying to change gear whilst negotiating a sharp bend or roundabout rather than keeping in the mid rev power range.
i came over all giddy last week and insured my lad to drive mertle hes only 22 never driven anything like a bus before ..... he never stop smiling driving to volksworld show as for the other half she did about 100yards in a carpark and never ask to drive again ..result lol
