i see it's in kidderminster, it's probably poptops new buy.

the ebayer selling that did a funny thing with some belly pans a few weeks ago , put them on for 99p with £22 pp i bid but the bidding steadily out bid my tenner bid , the funny thing was i emailed and asked if i could pick the item up if i won , no reply,anyhow i lost but the next week it was back on from the same seller , only this time with a proviso saying they were already at a couriers and whoever won must pay the £22 pp ???.

i never bid again .

As you no doubt realised he was lying, couriers will not let you leave stuff at the depot unless they are sending them out.
