FOR SALE VW bits and dabs to go as a whole. Sold

I have been having a garage tidy up and this lot is £30 ollected from Kidderminster.

Lots of good bits from various beetles and bays I have owned. Including door locks catches, Tinware stainless nuts n bolts new. A length of Westy curtain track. A fastback hatch locing mehanism.Repro hx's ( holed ) and lots of other stuff I have either kept or been given - The pictures show most of it clearly.

I would prefer to have it collected, but I may be able to meet somewhere if you're in the Birmingham London Swindon Peterborough.



















It all needs a sort through. It is mainly VW aircooled stuff and there is a potential to sell on. I have no problems with people buying it to sell on. I will only chuck it in a corner and forget it if it doesn't sell. M

I am at the garage conversion stage where Ihad to bite the bullet and clear it completely. I need a bigger shed now.

 

From memory it is a cable that sits in the bracket and pushes the flap up and down. No special fitting, just a hole in the bracket and a cable clipped into it.

 

I was going to offer this lot up for free to us lot, but there is at least one complete set of beetle locks in there and a rare fastback rear lock and catch. Plus there is always someone who is never on here taking part comes on and grabs the freebies.

 

You can have it all for free if you want it. I don't need it and I can meet you one night next week on the M1 somewhere,

The cable was angled and clipped on to the flap if my memory serves me right.
