Unlike Britain, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Germany and Italy , France has no US military bases on its territory so is not under the thumb of usa.

 

I Feel sorry for Americans having to choose between those two. I've not trusted a Clinton since they charged me £5.50 for a birthday card, and I've not trusted a Trump since that curry last weekend

 

The AfD might be happy though....

 

I remember when Reagan was elected, people said he's just an actor not a politician but he turned out to be amusing and did what he was told to do and say, it was like learning lines in his acting days. He got caught out on occasion and clearly had no idea what to say.

I seem to recall there is a good sketch on Not the Nine O'clock News poking fun at Reagan.
