I don,t think I am right and don,t care what anyone else says I have said it is my opinion and I am entitiled to it wether you think it is right or wrong i have watched event unfolding in the |USA and have spoken to many Americans from both sides of the fence they have also expressed a negative opinion of Ms Polosi, maybe i see things and hear things that you dont, doesn,t mean you are right or wrong but it is my opinion.

The female politicians thing was after you'd made your comments on Pelosi then had a pop at Nicola Sturgeon in close succession. I wondered if that was a thing for you! you replied to a thread on Trump supporters with no comment on Trump or his supporters but with a pop at Pelosi. you think whatever you want and say what you want but people will question you if they don’t understand or disagree. Not sure what you don’t get. it’s a forum... look up the definition. It might help or possibly if you don’t like the format then Facebook is better for stating your views without any challenge or having to explain. It’s all debate. We share our opinions and read other people’s. For me I find it interesting to hear what others think, and often my opinion is influenced by what I read here and elsewhere, and those opinions that differ to mine make me question my view and in some cases change it, in others it reinforces my own. After all, our opinions are based on what we’ve seen and read, be they biased one way or another, by differently aligned media or individual standpoints. That’s what this whole thing is about, people being influenced to think this way or that way by what we’re ‘fed’ and lead to believe. That’s why the US is in this situation. If I post my view here then I can expect it to be challenged by someone because we all have a unique view, so I have to be prepared for that. Sometimes my view has some factual basis, often it’s just ‘my view’ of what I see through my own perspective. And often I don’t share it as I know I may have to defend it and maybe it’s just not worth it, I’m not trying to convince others to agree, it’s just my opinion, a feeling even, but if I put it out there it’s the risk I take. But seeing how far apart we can be on some things is a lesson worth learning, and accepting that we’ll never all agree, we have to accept and respect another’s rights to an opinion, perhaps see it from their viewpoint, perhaps just understand a different view, and maybe choose what or what not to comment on, that’s life - in my opinion of course!

If you know the history of Texas, and its impact on each presidency, its obvious why he is going. I imagine he is also trying to tie in some Alamo spirit. Be interesting to see which bits of the wall Mexico paid for.
