Worth getting it checked out. I suffer lower back pain that flares up if i lift something awkwardly as in twisting. Mine is a worn vertebrae that slips out of place and causes muscle spasms & pain. I do get relief when it’s really bad from an Osteopath which can last a few weeks or months.
