TLB Springcamp in the middle - Rutland Water - 2nd/3rd/4th/5th May 2014

@WoodyLubber thanks for all the effort you have put in to this , its not easy finding a place that is totaly suitable for a large group

 

are we doing drawing lessons ? tawk too much how long can you hold your breath under water

re wood , unfortunately i dont have any trees need felling at mo , but im more than willing to bung in if someone closer can bring a couple of bags for me , saves me lugging it in my poorly bus 160 od miles

 

Woody are you fussed on the kind of wood people bring? I have loads of off cuts but its treated wood if that makes and difference? Also is anyone coming from the north on the Friday night?

 

Any wood will do tom, as long as it burns

 

i a have a look be hind shed but i went ta tip two weeks ago .

 

good stuff I'll bring a bag full!

 

I'll go see my chippy mate and hopefully get some nice smelling stuff.

 

just had a look ive got a few bits i can chop up for starter wood tomorrow . we can send betty out with the chainsaw if you want

If anyone has axes/saws there's a fair bit of wood to be had foraging on site. We got that much that we even had to put some back when we left

 

I will bring a saw!

 

I'm banned from owning one or going within 100m of one, Sorry

 

I have got a small hatchet/axe I can bring along, we are quite local so will bring a couple of bags of logs

 

no tree is safe!
