...now appear to be enormously big Has resizing packed up (if it existed)?

Doesn't make threads any easier to read.

 

I find if you sit further away from the screen, the pictures are smaller.

Sadly this is at the expense of text, which appears smaller.

A pair of opera glasses or a monocle can help, but avoid looking at the pictures as they then suddenly appear huge.

 

I've put my laptop down the end of the garden, and view it using binoculars

It’s the opposite. More people seem to be posting thumbnail pics and when opened they are still small - I usually can’t be bothered to enlarge them.
That’s on a laptop – I don’t have one of those new-fangled smart phone things. They’ll never catch on, it was bad when mobiles were like bricks, now they’re bigger than a brick but flatter.

 

I thought that fish @Barry Haynes caught looked too big to be true!

Looking at them on Tapatalk they all appear the same

 

On a computer you have small, medium and large images!

 

It’s only when you zoom in that the resolution difference is noticeable. Especially the large one, when on the iphone I can pinch it out for a closer look and it doesn’t ping back to a smaller size

On an android phone if you tap the pics they expand to full size, small medium and large.

 

Same on iOS.

 

Weird .. they all look the same and open the same on Tapatalk.. or it might just be my Samsung phone.. ah well .I'll use appropriately now..everyday is a school day.. unless there's a pandemic about
