new door is beautiful and rot free , now fitted and lined up with new sill now ready to tackle front end of the 126

does any one have one of these brackets the small one

 

Owen, that is fabulous. That 500 is going to be a bit like trigger's broom when you've finished though? Top notch work.

I'd love one of those, but I'm afraid I'd probably end up scooby'ing it.

 

i got tore into the front of mine , still have a few bits around the front window to do , i had to split the front inner wings in half as they where impossible to line up in any way , by splitting them i could get a better fitt , when i had all lined up i held in place using vise gripp and small self drilling screws they are brillant , owen nw

 

now have complete front welded on and front windows fixed

 

wee bit done on cool running , adrian had it out for a run and said that he thought the clutch went , i said no as it was new , so out came the engine . the clutch was perfect , turns out the problem was the tube that the cable runs up broke and was jaming the cable so we have to fix that , owen nw

FRONT SUSPENSION PUllED OUT AND IN A MESS , 1 king pin hanging out of it , the other not as bad but going to replace both along with front shocks , supplied by my friend mick 07802767144 in peterbourough
stripped the rear and found more corrsion in the spring seat so will replace both supplied by motobambio

i priced 2 new mounting brackets for the front but at £60 i will replace and fix the ole ones

some parts away to the blasters , i had to get new rear springs as the ole ones where very rotten,
