  1. Yeah fair one. I agree bumpers will remove the commercial look but wheels aren't too bad with the hubcaps you have put on. Just go out and enjoy

  4. It'll be our daily driver. High miles just isn't an issue on them, trust me.

  5. Erm research what's that . We sat in this & went yeah this is exactly what we're after then after all the paperwork was done we went back a week later and had a proper look at what it had

It's the same setup as our bay with few extras and pretty much what I would have done if we had gone down the self conversion route

mmmm i'd steer clear of the bi-turbo and the 180 brake models.... research the terrible engine faults on those babys..

  7. Your Bob on there, if we were just buying a camper there were loads of nice ones with 60 to 100k that we would have been all over!

  8. Oh yeah I am on about the 2.5 5 pot and the older 1.9 TDI engines. Don't want a 2.0tdi

  9. Very nice

gearboxes, bed layouts, roof style, seat options, some things i'd look for now that some other mug had paid for 'cos they thought they needed.....

  13. I've seen a few that just get there steels powder coated which look good & them banded steels look really nice!

We didn't want sport line spoilers and the like but deffo wanted a colour coded van if we went down the self build route but @pkrboo is right just go camping at the end of the day that's what it's all about really & all the shiny bits won't make a difference to that bud

I don't think the wheels look out of place at all on yours....having seen two with Golf R32 wheels yesterday I'm not sure alloys look that good...all of them have them!

I'd wrap the bumpers in white, not too expensive and only T5 gimps would spot the aren't posh line...

  20. That's the thing, when you park next to another one you start wishing you had this and that but in reality, like has been said, just camp in it and you'll be happy.
