  2. Very nice knife indeed
    Good luck with the sale:thumbsup:

  3. Thanks.

It's a beautiful thing but I'm just not going to use it.

  4. Open to offers if anyones interested.

It's a lovely knife and seems a waste to sit in a drawer.

If Sutcliffe ever gets out i'll put him onto this for you ;)

  6. I would not sell that knife, you never know when you may be called upon to remove a stone from a horse"s hoof.

  7. Or in fact take a horse's hoof off!

    Does @hippyrichy need another knife?
    Wiseman Goes Knife Collecting ?

  9. This would be a perfect knife for him
So much more usefull than that great big chunk of steel he calls a knife

Its not a massive run production knife and its made by a very good knife maker
This is a knife for life
If i had the funds id be very interested especially when you see how much the woodlore knifes sell for

  12. As much as I like knives, I also like the idea of sorting out the welding on Arthur! If I had a spare £160 I may be tempted, but alas!

  13. :(

Perhaps @JenW could buy it for you as an anniversary/ birthday/Bar Mitzvah/ New Year/ wonderful husband present

  15. Couldn't believe it. Looking at one of the bushcraft magazines and they want £30 to advertise.

  16. @paradox - you are correct - this would be far better for him
@Terrordales - @hippyrichy knows he's an awesome husband and he's getting a whole house and a brewing shed as a thank you present
@AdyF - we totally would buy this if we had the funds but alas - we don't. If you don't shift it before Christmas let me know as we may have money from family for gifts to spend (although realistically £160 for a knife is a lot even if it will last a lifetime :()

  17. Thanks @JenW

I think it's a lot for a knife but new from the maker is £189.95 (£199.99 on Amazon) so £150~160 unused it too unreasonable I think.

Going to bite the bullet and also advertise in the bushcraft magazine. will remain available until no longer available :)

  18. Well what about a Swiss army knife? my Swiss friend got me one a while back ,from the Pound shop , dunno if that is a Swiss joke? (good for opening food cans)

Instead of paying £30 to advertise it, why not try dropping your price by £30 here first?

  20. Its cheaper than £30 to become a paid up member of bushcraft uk for a year
A full member is allowed to advertise stuff for sale
If it doesent sell on there then you will need to drop the price
