thought i'd post this here 'cos it is a general mess about topic so i don't have to hijack one - guilty as charged i know, but i know a few of us have had posts deleted for being off topic which if it drifts madly is fair, 'cos it's in the rules, but it seems a few that are just banter have been going a walk too, when does a bit of banter stop being ok and start getting deleted? i haven't asked a mod direct 'cos it's no biggie i just feel like we are getting moderated a bit more than we used too? anyone else bothered or am i just being paranoid?

I can say that it isn't just you that gets modded. l too have had stuff removed. Rules are rules at the end of the day. What l have noticed is the swearing is on the increase since the meltdown.

 

I agree, I have had a few posts deleted with no PM or response telling me the reason why ! ? (I got a PM from the food police about the one and fair enough we did kinda jack that thread (tho IMO I stayed on topic with Pot noodles) but others have gone walkies with no PM............Big brother is watching :'(

 

Maybe its a conspiracy to prevent you from getting to 1000 posts first.

 

Got my boring topic on smileys locked off because there was already an 'official' thread about it. Not fun policing that way... And don't even have the right smiley to express it!

Steve it was done because as you said there was a post up and we need people to click "yes" to having them back so Horts puts them back. Please don't take it to seriously or personally.
