I’ve got a new injury, that’s worthy of adding to this thread...
Agree with some of the previous posts here of bulging lumbar discs, broken ribs, burst ear drum, and my previous significant injury of the angle grinder across the face is well documented here...but to be honest I don’t remember it being that painful.

Was welding yesterday, and something had caught fire underneath, took welding helmet off to pop me head under to have a look, and an on fire/molten lump of wax oil dropped into my eye - luckily my ninja quick blink reaction/ or girly long eyelashes saved a direct hit to into the eyeball, but by this point it’s burning and rapidly cooling trying to glue my eye shut....painful - very!

So first aid required, iPhone camera to assess and using some paint degreaser (its the only thing that I know removes wax oil well) on a cloth and a paint heat gun directed at my face to try and warm/soften the wax oil, I was able too remove the wax oil from my eye/eyelashes!l, Can still see today, only looks a bit swollen, so all is good.

  14. Drilled through my thumb with an 1 1/4 inch flat bit, not too painful at the time until 3 days later when they tried to remove the dressing from where the nail was !!!!

chest wax was a very similar experience lol

The feeling when my dislocated knee went back in place the first time. That was a little sore

  16. Proper pneumonia, every breath or movement felt like I was being stabbed in the back. Second to that was being woken up by my 18 month old son (many years ago) who smashed a Duplo seal into my eye. I thought he'd done some real damage as I couldn't see out of that eye for about ten minutes.

As a child I fell of my bike and ended up in casualty looking at my patella. That smarted a bit, but the guy in the cubical next to me was screaming and crying the place down. He'd somehow fallen into, or had fall on him, hot tar whilst working on the roads. He must have been working without a shirt, as it was stuck to him across his chest and arm. Ouch

Pneumonia with a side order of Pleurisy. Like @Mr Apollo, even the slightest movement was agony.

Plenty of broken bones due to motorbike accidents.

But the worst was getting the old chap caught in the zip of trousers as a child.

I had a brain aneurysm 6 years ago, don’t remember the event at all but in the days that followed the operations I had leaky brain fluid and the most excruciating headaches. Taking the staples out smarted a bit too! D92EDC1A-6C6D-4D84-B35A-6C3A00752616.jpeg

In 1999 I was crushed against a wall by my Volvo Amazon estate with a Volvo P1800ES sitting on the trailer behind . One fractured pelvis later and various internal injuries I can safely say that briefly hurt the most . I did have a gall stones issue at 1am one morning and genuinely thought I was dying from a mystery illness . Treading on a upside down plug comes third . I think I am in safe territory but this child birth cannot be that painful !

Woke up one September morning around 10 years ago,in our last house, with a headache like someone had driven a 6” nail through the front of my skull.
    Crying with pain.
Wife called the ambulance and rushed into the RUH in Bath with the sirens on, still screaming in pain.
Given pain killers and a lumber puncture.
Let the fluid trickle out, but was gin clear, so no ‘Brain Bleed’, as they feared.
Kept in for a few hours then released with no headache, pain,or anything.
    Still a mystery today.
