The great awakening ...

Forgot about today being the first day of indoor hospitality until it started hailing and had to dive onto the nearest shelter which just happened to be ye locale pubbe .
They`ve been shut since November so i felt obliged , lovely pint

It was the Mrs birthday so nipped out for lunch and a pint or 4

Walked past a few, I fully expected them to rammed but all seemed quite calm.I'm down the pub tomorrow, unfortunately it's to do some decorating

Of course , the beer in That London doesn`t go down well with me i`m afraid . After moving from Mighty Leeds 8 years ago i`ve failed to find a decent and consistant alternative to fizzy pi$$ ...

Im not from down there, !!!!!! I remember on leave from the army years ago with me mate from darn Sarf, we went into a local pub, I think it was called the Dolphin. I asked for a pint of Bitter and a pint of lager, the barmaid said "We dont serve ladies pints in here" I said its for me mate not a lady , She said "OK, well we dont serve men lager in here" He had Ansells bitter, he hated it. Crist how times have changed.
