Just got messaged and told that that it's not this Tuesday (4th) but next (10th) but I'm off on holiday that day so I can't do it. At least I have show fully planned for when needed.
It's finally happened!!!! Starting Tuesday 9th November 8-10pm I'll be the permanent Evening Show presenter for Tuesdays. I'll even get my own jingles
Woo hoo! Your own jingles too? Not arf mate! You know I’ve often wondered where and who makes those jingles. And how do you get one made? Do you give them a rough idea what they need to sing in terms of wordage, then they send a few back for you to pick from?

I think our station has got a friend of a friend to record them - they're a bit naff and annoying (more so than others). I prefered our old jingles - I even had one for my request show that was slow and sultry
I'm back on covering the Evening Show this Thursday 8-10pm. ALSO, I'm going to be doing the Thursday Evening Show from 4th November, not Tuesdays - let's hope it doesn't change before then....
