Nothing, absolutely nothing.

the first time in weeks i realised it was consuming every effort i had.

yes i want to be back on the road, but to sacrifice my hobbies and enjoyment was starting to take its toll.

i finished work and I've just done 10k in brand new mountaineering boots, that i briefly wore at techenders.

decided i will be climbing in the alps in July, and that will be compromised if i dont get the balance between pleasure and procrastination.

a little heavy for a monday, but these buses have their ways to consume one.

Ooh, you must be somewhere near the top of Winter Hill. I was brought up around there. Walked around Rivington Pike and the local hills a lot in the '70s. Many a happy evening thrashing a Mini in the company of Imps and Escorts over to the Black Dog at Belmont!!
