Charged the batteries up as they were both dead flat - bought a new battery clamp from JK ( old one was just a make do large washer) - arrived in 48 hours and it fitted perfectly . Went for a drive to the local woods - had a picnic in it for the first time in a year.

 

I believe if your Bay hits 85mph, you go backwards in time...

 

How did that slip through JK quality control?

 

No, close, it's 88mph actually that speed is related to the length of the Delorean, is a Bay longer?

 

Glad you are sorted for a bottle, I looked in the relatives garage the other day and could not find one for you

Isn't a Bay longer? Maybe try 93....? might knock years off you....

92 and 1/4 mph! I was close, for a guess, but no cigar...

Thanks for looking, I'm all sorted now at least for the first trips out!

 

My decentralised locking system is free from electrical problems. Amazing after 45 years.

What engines do you guys have that you'll do 75

 

My twin slider 1700,that I rebuilt, after a push rod seal gave out, and blew most of the oil, snd s few bits of rings,lowered ‘73, did 90 mph back from Newquay, easily.
I’d like to still own that.
