Fixed a hole in the floor. Its been there 10 years gradually getting bigger.

Peeling it back to take a look.. what it shows is a triangular plate welded on top of the chassis rails, the floor was then spot welded to it.

I may have some more pictures from the video clips I recorded.

Welded and filler started... the filler is a bit 'old' and sometimes I have to thin it a bit with acetone..

Its already seam sealed and undersealed underneath.

    I did take a video.

The floor metal was cut out of the top of an old washing machine, the triangular bit was replaced with some 1.6mm sheet steel I had.

Finally finished off the solar panel installation. Put the panel on last week (?) Lost track of days.

Fed all the wiring in behind panels and furniture and used an existing hole into the battery cupboard. Just waiting for the VSR relay to arrive and it can charge both batteries

Finished and painted the cab floor patch.

Poked a rusty zit. Removed half a bucket of rusty bits from the inside of the deformation panel. Four plates to weld on , one of the struts under the floor and just covering over the mess at the bottom of the A pillar pending renting workshop space.

Turned Major round today, gonna think about dropping the motor and gearbox as I need to sort the panel above the box, refurb the driveshafts, clean the gearbox up / service it and think about the scooby motor.
