T3 seats compared to late bay seats

Discussion in 'Mech Tech' started by Clive Neilands, May 25, 2020.

  1. I have some early T3 seats in my bus, I think they are from a 1983 bus? they look similiar to late bay seats but the head rests have holes in them not like the solid type bay seats.

Now the question is if the ready made plaid seat covers from the late bay ones will fit the early T3 ones?

No they won’t , the seats are different in construction, Foam pads versus horse hair , head rest pole diameters are different too
