  1. Really don't want to do this but need money for a house deposit so the late has to go.
It is a 79 1600 double door panel van which I bought in 2007 from Belgium, it has vinyl sign writing on it and is left hand drive, I had lots of work done on it by a company near York - basically the bottom 6 inches were sorted and as you can see it is still in great condition underneath. I drove it round Spain for 10 months or so and on our return stuck it in the garage to sort out other bodywork. A year later after starting some work on it I moved it to dry storage where it has been ever since. I started it last month and other than the battery it fired up fine. The engine is standard apart from electronic ignition and a Monza 4 tip exhaust (rubbish). I removed the alternator pulley to use as a spare for my earlybay but I'll refit that.

Body work wise the shell is in great condition but both sliders and cab doors are in need of a lot of work, I cut the bottom off one slider and never got round to welding on the replacements. The cab doors and other slider are rotten in the bottom but still whole.

At the back I welded in new rear corners - possibly not great welding as it was my first attempt at welding and filled them but didn't flat it back so it looks poor but metal work should be fine. The rear interior is bare although panelled out one side and the other side panels are in the van. The cab is original, seats and door cards in great condition, has front bench seat. Only issue in cab is that whoever cut the radio slot seemed to get frustrated and did a poor job - not me for once!

Front panel is sound as is the screen area. Rear window is tinted black.

Will need brakes bleeding - I completely rebuilt the rear drums with backing plates, cylinders etc before it went into storage but should only need a bleed. It will have a new clutch cable fitted this weekend as that went last time I moved it.
looking for £4ooo ono as it is all there and could be road worthy in a couple of days. It is based a few miles east of Buxton SK17/S32 postcode and can be viewed with a bit of notice - best at weekends as there are no lights in the storage barn.
