I only buy black socks for this exact reason

You only need 3 pairs of socks anyway

one pair your wearing
one pair thats being washed/drying
and a clean spare pair

Wouldn't work in our house, I'm rubbish at washing. I wait until the washbin is overflowing across the floor before emptying it. By that point once the socks are all washed they won't fit back into the drawers. I keep telling Mr Loudoo that he could do some washing but he hasn't caught on yet.

Hopefully get a payrise and a cleaner and all will be solved.

With 3 females living in the house our washing machine seems to be constantly on
