I knew if I kept reading all 24 pages (and counting) of this thread I would learn about human nature; intent and interpretation, harmony and discord, retaliation, retribution and regret.

Rather more usefully I've realised thermos mats are designed to be reversible, yes! Never occurred to me before -doh.

My word. I thought it was just all a spat out of hand and people were just being a little unreasonable or indeed couldnt get their own way hence they buggered off which is fine. I didnt really know about the mind games going on behind the scenes. You screw with folks heads.. expect consequences.

I don't get it, I don't know what has happened and I'm not really that interested, but my one worry is that I may now have to spend more time looking through even more forums to find what Im looking for. Whether that be tech help, parts or what ever.
Forums a strange things you meet folks, but you don't really meet folks, then you think they are friends but there not really friends till you sit round a campfire drinking beer with them, if you get me
I met loads of good folks back on the T25 80-90 and then I started camping with them and some are now really good friends. Its has to become real and thats only after meeting in the flesh so to speak.
We, @The Bobdogs and me went to the spring techenders, we only stayed friday night. It was abit lads loose for the night. It was like we had to start from scratch again especially when loads of folks know each other already, but once we had a fire lit the dark shaddows started wondering across the field with their chairs and it turned into a good night..
I guess what I'm trying to say......this is not real just a screen on the laptop that can be useful and if you meet nice folks then its even better. If you want mates go to the meets and get out there camping with them, drink some beers get p1ssed and enjoy yourselves

 

It's all true, I haven't logged on for months and now I find all my parts sold and even my good self up for sale, i watched transformers last night, I think the war on cybertron started exactly the same way

 

I need to add to that really dont I. It wasnt exclusively here i was referring to and it wasnt aimed at the mods in particular either.

I agree. Most of what I'm reading now is people's interpretation of what someone else says. And I'm really struggling to see a problem with what someone else is bristling at. It's the same old story really, you can't always judge someone's meaning from written words. Having said that, I do believe there are people in the world who thrive on taking offence. And the attitude of I'm going to screw you before you try to screw me. It's a funny old world we live in.
