Bah! Hampshire has a Yellow Snow Warning (*snigger*) but I can assure you all, should you be worried about us soft southerners getting in a right old flap and not quite knowing what to do, it is just bloody raining. As always. And further to @rustbucket 's request above: I'd quite like cold and dry whilst I'm still on me chrimbo break, and then about 6 inches of snow overnight on Sunday, remaining in place for 2 or three days, just to extend my holiday a smidge. If that's possible. please.

We had a smudge in Bristol here yesterday and I’m along by the ring road Warmley / Kangsood border, and it snowed feebly for about an hour but obvs failed to pitch. I think someone rang the weather peeps and cancelled it and asked for no substitutes also because it didn’t rain for ages and ages Ozziedog,,,,,,,,,,,, Maybe snow for a day and pitch for an inch might be ok
