Did you get any pics of that 3/4 hub that fell apart into several pieces? The most impressive yet.
What was most interesting was the fact the box was allegedly running and selecting ok.

It must have screamed like a banshee with that amount of bearing wear. Sadly a result of that is the fact the pinion head is trashed... we won't be using that one for your build, but it's a lesson to all to remember that any unusual noise is often the sound of pound notes...

 

I had a 0% larger at a funeral do on Friday. It tasted very acceptable.

I can't even remember the last time i was in a pub.

 

That’s it. I’m done. Taken six years and a lot of bruises. After an eight hour test over Saturday and Sunday I’ve been awarded my Black Belt L1 Instructor grade. I wanted to get this before I was 50 and I’ve done it a year early. Never again. I think this weekend has aged me about five years. Overall emotion. Relief.

I’m thinking about taking up chess, or water colours or knitting.
