Mull and Skye seem to be permanently wet when looking on the forecast ....quite often decent in May so plenty say

 

Had to turf him off my chair so I could get back to work after lunch. 14 months since I went into the office and counting..

 

Always had decent weather in Scotland in September.... had 2 honeymoons there.

Tis true, May and September are often the best months.

 

Are the midges there in September ...certainly not in May.

 

Probably will be on the West coast in September, and near large water bodies, at the right time of day.
