Not an option unfortunately unless i wanted to carry two senior dogs back to the car as they were both flagging.
It was 3/4 of an hour round a circular walk through a felled forest and got to a section where the foresters obviously thought we've got enough logs now so we'll just leave these felled across the path and go home. Years of growth of scrub, brambles, nettles and bracken meant i had to make my way through a couple of hundred metres of new growth.

 

Meet Tufty the red squirrel ! he visits every evening and tucks into his nuts.For most of us south of the border it's a complete novelty to see a red .

"Plasthenge" yes, at this rate ... Can't quite believe how much non-recyc plastic we get through.
Nearly 1kg/four bottles per month.
This whole plastic "sequestration" project is flippin time consuming.
Somewhere (I forget where) they're putting these "stuffed" bottles in adobe walls (keeps the UV off so it doesn't disintegrate)
