    They decided to take flight onto the garage roof, but Mrs Duck got her trajectory all wrong, couldn't gain enough height before meeting the fence, and crash landed in a rather embarrassing manner between two flower pots. I felt obliged to go and check she was okay (she is) and they are now all enjoying a swim on the pond and some bird seed thrown onto the grass. I am a bit of a soft touch for ducks :rolleyes:

    Nesting? That'll be it, they're nesting. Definitely nesting. Or fancied a night in. If I ever hear they've been near 'New Wongs' I shall be very upset!!

    If it's any consolation I've just had a heating engineer round who had to spend 15 minutes repressurising the hot water expansion tank in the loft using a small stirrup pump

    It's Geese around me, the area is known for it, loads of the little blighters in winter time. We even have a local sculpture thingy.
