What am I a plumber for?! My clothes and hair are now filthy as previous ‘plumber’ put a radiator on the wall and forgot to connect it up and also forgot to tell the customer

what I particularly like is being laid down as no space under the floor, then having to cut into pipes that still have water in so it goes on me, my tools and makes the floor muddy
