    Me too. I’ll be leaving home (near Lyon) Friday morning heading north, stopping overnight at Romorantin-Lanthenay http://www.campingromorantin.com/. Saturday up to Caen and the ferry to Portsmouth, Sunday to the Lake District https://sykeside.co.uk/ and Monday passed you on to Balmedie. Please sort out the weather.

    French campsite pricing always seems quite reasonable considering the rest of Europe or UK for that matter

    Have a good trip. We headed left before we got to Lyon this time. That’s two years in a row where we’ve been fairly close to each other :).

    at least the weather improved as I got nearer Annecy
