Show me your seats!!!

Hi guys I'm looking for some inspiration. I'm hopefully having my bus sprayed end of the year and I've had some old Porsche seats sat in my garage which I'm thinking of having trimmed in leather. Show me what you've got to get my brain juices flowing.....

We have Porsche early 90's 996 seats, very comfy indeed.

Here's mine...Porker seats trimmed in Westy fabric. Done by the previous owner so not sure who carried out the trimming...

recovered stock seats for me, very comfy and they fit perfectly

 

One thing to bear in mind when changing seats is if your a short arse you may end up not being able to push the clutch pedal all the way down comfortably, bay seats are very thin compared to most car seats so when you change them you end up sitting slightly higher, its quite surprising how much difference a seat which is only an inch thicker makes.

jedi_stylie, how high is the base of those metro seats? My saab seats measure 9 3/4" and they are too high (my head touches the roof).

Anyone fitted recaros?

 

I had a set of RS Turbo Recaro's in my e a r l y bay years ago, very comfy seats but i had to remove the runners cos they were too high otherwise you could'nt press the clutch pedal all the way down.
