Hi Guys Can anyone one recommend a good place for me to take my bay, Well can service my self just needs it for bigger jobs. Cheers Paul
Yes would be nice trying to stay away from centre of Bristol to much traffic, south of Bath, mendips, used to use one in Haydon but no longer there,
Flat Martin at Bristol Cherished Cars is great. In Whitchurch, so no need to go near the centre. http://bristolcherishedcars.co.uk/
Yes I agree with you, Martin is great but trying to get hold of him is a nightmare that's why iv had to come on here ask, Miss having an excuse to go to the Toby for a meal and a pint. Lol
@giraffeinbath Was there a guy westbury way you use? You could try CJ Motors in Redfield / had a chat with the guy there and seeemed nice enough but not used him. He has a signwritten single cab and a type 3.
Lol.. I dont know what you mean.. Hope the workshop extenion will be finished in the next couple of months..
Sorry had a few issues lately but hope all sorted now.. And the phone is working as it should again now.
Only heard good things, but if "access" proving difficult you might want to try Jeff's VW Shack, which is north east Bristol (Hanham I think)
All good then .... Not a service guy really, more a self styled "restorer", so you're probably right .... and you also know who I'm referring to? As I say, a bit of a reflex when "Westbury" gets mentioned! (I had to put Ron (Trowbridge) in the clear once, after referring to "Wiltshire", before I'd got round to naming openly online )
Think it could have been Ron....maybe so not westbury. @giraffeinbath lives in Bradford on Avon but has an prototype that he won’t ever get the beam he bought last year fitted or the spring plates neither. And the sprintstars may as well go back to the suppliers as those won’t ever get fitted too.
