I said I'd report back on this. I received the neoprene cord today and the 3mm one is too small. It drops into the channel and wouldn't form a seal really - the 4mm version might work. Nothing lost though as I will find a use for it. The L shape proper one will be a tighter fit in the channel and then sits properly under the outer edge.
Last call for any bits from Bus-ok. I'll work out the individual prices tomorrow, splitting the postage.
