SORTED Rollover Jig

Discussion in 'Late Bay Parts Classifieds' started by Joe Hill, Nov 20, 2022.

  1. I'm looking out for a rollover jig to use on my 1979 bay while I'm restoring it.

Wondering whether anyone has one they're looking to get rid of...? Ideally a rotisserie style, but I'm thankful for whatever offers people may have!

I'm based in West Wiltshire/Bristol area

    Thanks!

  2. Hi!

Yep, I have one getting in the way!

    I'll post some pics - I'm in Maidenhead :)

    What’s your price range ;)

  6. Between 100-200 really. So realise that's a lot off your asking price!

I also have one, only used once, to restore my "74" made by handling solutions, a fantastic bit of kit,
I also purchased the self loading brackets aswell so no jacking the body , it does if all itself in one unit,

I can send pics of it fitted and a video of it working if interested

It would be £325 I know more than you budget but just letting know

    Cheers

  8. Hey Adrian, thanks for the reply! That is just what I'm after, but sadly a bit out of budget currently for me. I presume you're set on the price of it? Where abouts are you based too?

Hi I'm based in Essex, best I could do is 300, I was going to keep it just in case,

It is a really good bit of kit especially with the self loader, all painted in primer as they come in bare steel ,

    Hope this helps

  10. Hey Adrian,

Thanks for the extra info and really appreciate your price offer. I'm gonna give Rollover jigs a call tomorrow to find out some info which will help me figure out my options, then will get back to you in the evening. Currently got someone else offering a frame for much less, but which would require getting the bay fitting kit from rollover jigs. Gonna see if they have any pre-welded ones available...

Anyways, I'll be back in touch tomorrow!

  12. Hey @Adrian1975

So it looks like I can get the fitting kit I need from rollover jigs, and the stand from someone else on here for £195 so I'm gonna go with that as It's within my budget. Really appreciate your offer though, and I hope you can either find use of it again, or find someone to buy it :)

    Cheers, Joe
