RIP Peter Green

I loved the early Fleetwood Mac bluesy stuff featuring Peter Green on guitar - Albatross being their only No.1. Sad to hear that Peter has died aged 73 RIP.

 

RIP PG. Great guitarist (but did go a bit barmy in his later years).

 

Yep - severe mental health problems - schizophrenia I think

 

Looked like a completely different guy when he was younger.

 

Sad news - talented but troubled guy. RIP

Saw him '92-ish , tiny venue and it was a bit sad to be honest .

I think it was the famous Acid Trip in Munich that pushed him over the edge...

 

Yep - terrible when drugs destroys a talent - but it happens all too often

I think he was showing signs of...eccentricity...beforehand. John McVie told the tale of his demise.
