  1. Hi,

I been looking for a van for a while and I finally found and bought a bus.

Its a RHD 1972 Devon, I think its late bay but is has quite a few early bits apparently,

The interior needs recovering and new curtains. I'll be looking for a hammock and awning soon too. Other than that is just to use it.

Thanks to Harlequin aka Terry and AxlFoley for their help and advice, we left at 3pm and arrived home with the van some 350mile round trip at 2am with only 1 glitch with the ignition.

Anyway more pics later on once I have some.

    Cheers
    Craig

Im not sure if im a fan of the wheels or not yet

  7. Nice bus dude but if you keeping those wheels give it a whack with the lowering stick

  8. Welcome aboard - I'm in the same boat as you - bought mine on Wednesday!

  9. I managed to get the original steels and some goodies, bluebird 4-1 and stainless exhaust and a 32 36 weber carb, there is a massive flat spot and reading some of the other posts its all thanks to my 009 dizzy.

I forgot to add, within 24hours of owning the van I was told "you can fit a Porsche engine in there"

What bus did you get Jules?
