Reskinned cab door sticking out top back

Just finished restoring drivers door, new skin which fit perfectly
When I hung the door it fits well all round BUT is sticking out at the back top - see pic
Any suggestions for a fix??

 

Cut the Outer skin at the join at the rear of the door Push the top in and re-weld it

I had to use a trailer tie down and a block of wood to pull it back into line- the passenger side was also sticking out I pulled it the same way but I waited until after that to weld the tops of the new skin on that side
