A set of seats for Lauren’s T25 reupholstered in this lovely tan vinyl and off white fabric (this is the same tan vinyl that I used in our own Baja bug). All new padding and foam on these seats as the old ones were knackered.

I've been a little quiet on here over the last month as we've just moved house :D.
I'll post some pictures on here as I kit out the cabin that the new house has which I'll be using as my upholstery workshop. 2 years of building interiors from our living room floor was starting to become a bit awkward!

In the mean-time here's a pair of stock front seats and rear bench for Sandra’s 70s bug all built up this week. Reupholstered in jade and marble aged vinyl and fitted to freshly powdercoated frames.

A little update on my new upholstery space!

The house we’ve just bought has this decent sized outbuilding in the garden that was previously being used as a summer chill area.

For the first few weeks here it’s been a bit of a dumping ground for the materials needed to kit it out.

First up, a bit of insulation to try and retain some heat.

Followed by ply lining the roof to neaten it up.

A splash of white paint on the ceiling and 2 LED strip lamps to brighten up the room, and a nice big 5x10ft cutting table that I’ve built.

Now just to find homes for the rest of my tools and materials so I can get back on with all of the winter jobs I’ve got booked in.

A nice stack of goodies for Ed’s winter interior rebuild all finished up this week to match the seats I did for him over the summer.

A 4 door card set, kick panels and a cushion for his cool box.

I’m making good progress on this interior for Adam’s T25. Chocolate vinyl, with cream piping on this full width RnR bed.
The frames for the front seats are coming back from the powdercoaters this week ready for me to fit the new covers.

Adam’s T25 seat frames back from the powdercoaters last week and seats all built up . I always suggest getting frames powdercoated as it means the metalwork looks as nice as the new upholstery.

Marios’ prototype bay seat covers all sewn up over the weekend. Double stitch pleats on these to match his existing RnR bed.
I'll be building these up and making some matching door cards soon.

A set of prototype bay seats built up for Marios’ camper.

I sourced the frames for these as Marios wanted to replace the aftermarket seats he currently has. I’m always happy to help source original parts as part of my upholstery service, so get in touch if you’re looking for some upholstery work for this year.

The rainbow pinstripe fabric is back!

I did front seats and a RnR bed in this fabric back in the spring, and Tony (@tburton100) asked for a set of 3 door cards to match.

That’s the rear bench for Luke’s ‘64 Karmann Ghia all built up over the bank holiday.

I’ll be nipping over to his workshop this month to fit the door cards and rear bench for him.

When my bank balance has recovered a bit, I might have to drive the Morris over to see what you think about doing some seat covers and door cards in Henry....
