I'm spinning too many plates at the moment. Trying to watch Wheeler Dealers whilst keeping an eye on my Cumberland sausages sizzling away (2 packs for a fiver from the Co-op) and trying to get the timing right to start frying some free-range eggs.

I read that wrong. I thought you said you were trying to get the timing light to fry some free range eggs, I was on tenterhooks frankly. Looks like my quest for an idiot proof "cooking eggs with a timing light" recipe will have to continue . I bet Doug knows how it's done

 

Just decided to add oven chips, beans, crusty bread and Lurpak. It's all happening here!

I am picking the muck from my toes ,it always collects more in the little p i n ky ,if I find a bit in the others,I am guaranteed to hit the jackpot in the little one..
