I took some tap inserts down to our plumbing shop and he said they don't even stock them as there are so many different ones !

When our kitchen tap started leaking I casually popped down to Wickes and bought some laughably named "Universal" cartridges which turned out to be anything but. After visiting about 5 plumbers merchants I ended up ordering some online direct from the manufacturer.
