I got near enough all of my stuff including rad pack from RJES. All fits perfectly.

Nick Tune does shortened sumps and pkrboo for the exhaust.

I had the same issue but Matt said he would assist and did so by lining up and welding on the support bar so RJES it was.

Oil level for 2.0 is 4L so just make sure you put that amount in.

I think what I did was measure 3.5L and then mark the dipstick, then put 4L in and then marked dipstick again, now have a max & a min level on dipstick.

  5. That's the critical info I didn't get with his sump or the £50

You don’t need that info. If it took 4L before why would that change, what am I missing?

  7. The dipstick level, if you fill to the dipstick level then you are underfilling. After spending months on installing the conversion I could have cooked it first drive out. If oyu put 4L in with a smaller sump then where the extra oil going ?

Pkrboo gave me the info to work it all out, it was in the build thread

It’s a smaller [sump] as in less deep but wider so still 4L.

Must have missed your build thread or just forgotten

  9. Not to bothered about doing the welding it just seems simpler to bolt it on

  10. Just a thought before I research rads but wouldn't it make more sense (for water flow) to have inlet at the front and outlet at opposite rear corner ??

  11. Bullet has been bitten and fi tank been ordered

Well done. Will you reverse the manifold or buy the throttle housing adapter?

  13. It's a phase one engine so it's got be a Throttle reversel

  14. [IMG] And now we have a engine

  15. Everything now ordered apart from what I've forgot
    Next daft question
When I am putting the engine in I was going to just use my big trolly jack
But on watching to many YouTube videos a lot of people seem to use a engine crane would I save myself a lot of hassle by getting one (yes I ve got a access hatch )

  18. You've got a flat bottom sump, so yeah just a trolley jack on that (bit of wood in between)

I always go with van on ramps and engine down on a jack. Used to give just enough clearance under the rear bumper…type 4 engine btw.
