It's the pie and mash and jellied eals that done it!

PS crystals of acid forming in joints can, by all accounts, be helped with a swig of cider vinegar

  12. For the last time. They are bivvy shoes. Barry has asked me to inform you all that he will be taking legal action against anyone else that accuses him of wearing crocs. They might be shaped like crocs, have holes like crocs, be coloured like crocs and look just as ridiculous with socks, but they are definitely bivvy crocs er I mean bivvy shoes.

Water with bicarbonate of soda in it. Loads of water.
Stop eating/drinking purine enriched stuff (Google it).
Get the quack to give you these. You need to take them for a while before your body builds up resistance. Check ph levels on everything you consume. I even get gout from some bottled water due to high ph levels.

Food that’s good for people may be bad for you. Broccoli cabbage etc.
Don’t eat fish, don’t drink alcohol , no processed stuff, sausages, etc. No red meat.
Basically, you have to live on air. Don’t get dehydrated, your wee needs to be clear, or pale yellow.
Exercise has been known to cause gout due to sweating and not drinking enough. Get some crutches just in case. You WILL need them.
    Good Luck.
