  1. odd one this , can anyone measure the distance on the front cab door card from the back edge (near seatbelt) to the middle of the window winder , reason i ask is ive just bought some interior panels and door cards for my bay while its in for some winter work so i can refit it as soon as it comes back i bought the panels of a guy who had never fitted then good quality and the right money . made by JR & CP Wood when i rang them to get some fixing clips he asked me what size the door cards where as they do 2 size standard and non standard , apparently some door measure 804mm from back edge to winder (standard ) and others measure 787mm back edge to winder (non standard ) i have the non standard size card so if anyone can measure thier door card i be gratefull as my van is away so i cant . i have a 72 crossover

    someone hellp

We've got a few in stock and have just measured up for you. The measurement I'm getting is spot on 800mm ...I didn't know about there being two different sizes, never heard that before. We've only ever used one size to my knowledge.

  4. buggger thats near enough that means the door cards i have will only fit a late bay .... and mine being a crossover is early style

may have a set of door cards for sale if i can get a set of early ones to fit

    :(

Might be worth asking Scoot or Dave at SJH they'll advise you about early and late cards :) ...like I say I didn't know they were any different

  6. i will just have to wait till my van comes back from resto outfit any see if they fit i may be able to make them fit why

jr & cp wood who make them said some doors are 15mm longer than others thing is the hole for the door release is already there so this may through it all out i can make other holes were i need them

i don t know anyone else who does this a door is door at the end of the day

I would have thought the presses that made the door components wouldnt have 15mm difference to them!

  11. me neither im going over to see the van on saturday so going to measure the distance from edge of doorcard to opening latch if that lines up then i can re drill the hole for winder to fit jr & cp wood only put a cut out for door latch everything else is covered

    im hoping this works

We have Brazi doors to fit on Gusbus...overall the door fits how it should & yes the mechanics of it are slightly different..
