Nicks daft questions part 7 - wiring rear lights

New harness new rear light assemblies and now I see grey and grey red wires for tail lights have a small spade connection and the lights got cluster spade at terminal 58 is the standard larger as picture - should I just dress the light connector to fit the narrow spade or am I on the wrong path

 

Or replace the terminal with a 6.3mm female spade?

 

Change the female connector to the correct size is the easier solution
