  2. @JayKay , glad everything went relatively well and you're back .
For the general 'nosey parkers' on here , as with all there's good and bad points..
Good points, it's basically a solid van with very little filler , a great base to build on . I got the impression the van has been well restored in the last 10 years or so and the guy Jay bought it off probably paid strong money for it - 20k plus probably and then used a few times a year for family hols .
It's had a reconditioned REMTEC in the last few years and sounds sweet as
Bad bits .. Doors are shot in the usual places - easy fix with 2 new doors , as and when. Tailgate is getting a bit crusty around the bottom of the window but would be easy to just treat the rust and paint . Oil leak from a botched repair of the filler pipe . Odd holes cut in the floor which need sealing to stop any water ingress and electrical switchery overload with an alarming array of unnecessary electrical gadgets.
Oh , and the slider needs to come off to sort out seized bearings and give the mechanism a good clean .
All in all its been kept outside under a cover and just used as a summer plaything but the quality of the resto means it hasn't suffered too much .
    Probably needs a battery ....

All easily sorted , and the seller was adamant on the price but overall a good honest van with easily sorted neglect issues - I've known people buy absolute rot boxes for the same asking price ..
