    My 2 most used / favourites are Mediterranean Cookery by Claudia Roden and The Cooking of Southern India by Rafi Fernandez.

    What's yours? Delia not allowed - that's not a favourite, it's for basics.

    And play nice, no taking the mick out of my belief in Indian food.
