thank you Holmsen no offence taking i am in agreement about front end.
in my opinon the back end speaks for it's self but front end looks a little shy can see me possibly putting the badge back

 

would like to just say thankyou for all your comments

it is each to there own what they do to there vehicle no matter how dodgy all that matters is u like it and that is all that matters but it is nice when others think it looks good to

 

I've seen this in the metal and had a good peer round it and gotta say I love it

I have been thinking hard about the interior out lay of my bus and have decided to try and fabricate a centre console which will incorparate the gearshifter and handbrake and re house the 3 dials where radio use to be with speakers on sides of centre console and put the 7" dvd screen into dash with a linked monitor in rear and 1 placed in underside of top locker so can watch in bed with all the audio set up i.e amp and subs set back under rear seat on show with perspex in front of it and back light so lights camper in rear

 

this is work in progress and will more than like be covered in black vinyl or perforated vinyl to match head liner tather than colour coded

 

Cleared summerhouse today ready to start work on bus interior got job lot of wood and all audio i belive i need and this is the desigh set up i plan to go with on opposite side to sliding door

 

I'm sure the Palladian symmetry would be improved by another pair of speakers under the crossovers

 

you could have a point there technohippy also locking at maybe a couple of monitors

 

the volkswagen bootlid is mint!

struggling to get the bumper style i want for bus but have got hold of 1 of these from a toyota the plan is to cut a section out and weld back together



i know this is a bit rough but general idea of how will be

I can see where you're going with that bumper idea, although personally I'd make it exactly the same width as the measurement between the headlight rims and more slender tubing.... fat is very 80s...

make the radius of the curve the same as the radius of the headlights... devil is in the detail

A friend of mine recently lost his dad who who was a camper fan and when he asked his now wife to marry him they decided as a tribute they would do a camper theme in honour of his dad.
